World's big Mosque

The Great Mosque in Djenné, Mali is not only the world’s largest mud brick building but also a model of ecofriendly and sustainable architecture. Though the current mosque was ordered to be built by the French colonial administration in 1906, its style follows African ones of the region. In fact, the mosque is considered by many to be one of the finest examples of the architectural style found in the very dry Sahel and Sudanian regions south of the Sahara, where Islamic influences are abundant. Other examples include the Agadez Grand Mosque in Niger and the Larabanga Mosque in Ghana.

The world's first wooden supercar has been unveiled - and it's faster than a Porsche or a Lamborghini.
The 'Splinter' car can turn out a whopping 700bhp from its twin supercharged, 4.6litre V8 engine - almost 300bhp more than a Porsche 911.
And with a top speed of a staggering 240mph, it will leave the Porsche or even the brand new Lamborghini Revanton trailing in its wake.

 Land Rover naturally didn't make its flagship vehicle any worse. There's permanent four-wheel drive via a two-speed transfer case, a 50/50 torque split front-to-rear, the ability to shift between low and high ranges at up to 37 miles per hour and an optional locking rear differential on the Supercharged trim.Ducted air intakes have moved to a position above the front wheel arches and under the hood lip to increase wading depth by 7.8 inches to 35.4 inches. The newest evolution of Rover's Terrain Response System, snazzily called Terrain Response System 2, has an Auto setting that uses sensors to detect the surface conditions and will automatically swap between any of its five settings: General, Grass/Gravel/Snow, Mud/Ruts, Sand and Rock Crawl. It also has more processing power, so it reacts more quickly to changing terrain and it can recommend settings for improved performance.
