Green tea is a very common drink now a day. Experts have proved that it is good for health especially for fitness. Many people use it in headache and depression. Green tea is the natural secret of healthier life. It is used in china as a medicine and it is also famous in the world. It is one of the drink that have benefit for health.
 There is little medical condition in which green tea is helpful for health.
  • cancer
  • rheumatoid arthritis
  • high cholesterol levels
  • cardiovascular disease
  • infection
  • impaired immune function
It is also very helpful in lowering cholesterol level and abnormal formation of blood clots and also for controlling the sugar level. Many diabetes patient take it regularly. Green tea is made with catechin polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin gallate. In Pakistan and other countries women use green tea for weight losing and the result is as they desired. Doctors suggest that green tea is helpful for burning of fat.  Women drink green tea after pregnancy for weight loses. Researchers have proved that men and women who take green tea can burn calories. One small study found that drinking green tea helped prevent dental cavities.
Ten Cups of green tea in a day can cause a problem for health. So avoid ten cups a day and consult doctor.
