How to Become Smart and attractive

Tips for smartness:

Here are some ways that you can adopt easily in the home and become smart and attractive.

Drink Water: Water is very important for the body.It burns the fats from our body.every body who become smart and attractive should drink water 12 to 15 glasses.


 Fruit and vegetables:

Eat fruit and vegetables then meat chicken and beef .




Walk 1 Hour.

After eating walk some times.It also burn fats from the body.



Exercise 

Do exercise in the morning or do yoga. It is best for the body and its shape.


Keep food diary
If only for a couple days a week. Studies have shown that people who keep track of what they eat have more success losing weight and keeping it off.
