Gerry's UK visa application centres You should normally apply at the visa application centre in or nearest to the place in which you are documented as being resident. Please contact Gerry's if you have any questions about where to make your visa application.
Operating hoursVisa application submission: Monday - Friday 08:00-14:00
Document collection: Monday to Friday 14:00 to 17:00.
Please note: You will be contacted by Gerry's to arrange a time to collect the decision on your visa application, documents and passport.
Ramadan Opening Hours Visa application submission: Monday - Friday 0800-1200
Document collection: Monday to Thursday 1200-1500.
Friday 1200-1400

Security InformationFor security reasons we cannot allow the applicant's friends or family into the visa application centre. Applicants under 16 and disabled applicants will be able to bring someone to assist them. All applicants visiting the visa application centre will be subject to a security search. All personal items such as bags, mobile phones, cigarette lighters, liquids and weapons are banned and access will be denied to those found in possession of such items. This list is not finite. Other items may be prohibited based on security staff discretion.
Please note: The visa application centre is unable to store prohibited items. Applicants should make other arrangements to store their belongings before they enter the visa application centre.
Data Protection ActThe Data Protection Act prevents the UK Border Agency and Gerry’s from providing information about an application to anybody other than the individual visa applicant or their authorised representative.
