This is what Saif, Kareena wore at their wedding

The world was eager to see Kareena in her bridal finery, but we all were disappointed as her looks were kept under wraps. So what, if Kareena and Saif did not pose for the media after nikaah, we have some exclusive details of their ensemble.

What Kareena will wear at the reception:Kareena will wear a pink gharara or a pink-blue or green sari

At the post-wedding party at Taj:Kareena changed into a Malhotra creation for the post-wedding party. Kareena wore a burgundy color embellished gharara with maroon duppatta.

Saif donned a Banarsi brocade 'achkan' by designer Raghvendra Rathore, which had a touch of Jaipur work.

During nikaah:Kareena wore Sharmilaji's gharara. Saif's mother Sharmila Tagore had worn the same gharara at her own 'nikaah'. She then passed it on to her son's new wife.

Delhi-based designer Ritu Kumar was given the responsibility of restoring and embellishing the gharara.

Manish Malhotra worked on the antique Pataudi gharara that was restored by Ritu Kumar for Kareena's wedding.

Registering the weddingKareena was simply dressed in a Mehendi coloured churidaar suit and red dupatta. Saif was seen in a grey kurta and white pajamas.

During Mehendi:Kareena sizzled in virbant pink saree with diamond jewellery. Whereas, Saif was seen in black tuxedo.

During Sangeet:Kareena dazzled in an orange-yellow lehenga and a shimmering golden choli, teamed with green bangles and a low hair-bun decorated with gajras. And wore the same jewellery that she sported at sister Karisma's wedding.

Beau Saif Ali Khan turned out more on the simpler side. He looked dapper in a white outfit.
